Return policy and instructions

We know sometimes things just don't work out, but that's why we are here! We are happy to accept returns, and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.

  • Returns are for store credit only! Online order refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
  • Black Friday DOORBUSTERS and WEB DEALS are final sale.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date. 
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Shoe boxes must be encased in another box or bag for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. 
  • All bralettes, bras, graphic tees, accessories, beanies, gift and jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange. These are final sale items. 
  • Final sale items and items discounted 30% or higher cannot be returned.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact us at for assistance.
  • We do not process exchanges. Customers will be emailed a gift card equaled to the amount purchased.
  • Seasonal Purchases: Orders placed on and after 11/16/2021 must be postmarked by 1/7/22 for store credit.  


Shipping back your order:

Though we do provide free shipping often, we do not provide free return shipping on any purchase. The return shipping will be at your cost. We ask that you utilize the mailer bag or box that was sent to you. 

  • Please fill out the return form above and send it with your returned order.
  • All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit (gift card) once we have processed it.

Notice:  Currently, both UPS and USPS estimate that it may require more time for packages to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

Orders are packed and shipped five days a week. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped in the order received. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date. Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package.

Standard Shipping | Free or $3.99 for orders under $50

  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days processing time.
  • Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes usually arrives 3-12 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
  • Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 15 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Priority Shipping | $8.00

  • Priority shipping orders placed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, before 12:00 PM EST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours processing time.
  • Most Priority packages will be sent UPS except PO Boxes.

Next Day Air Shipping | $45.00

  • Next Day Air shipping orders placed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, before 12:00 PM EST will usually arrive within 1 business day from the shipped date.  Next Day Air orders are not delivered on Saturday and Sunday. Please allow 24 business hours for processing. 

Economy International Shipping (Standard) 

  • Depends on location for arrival time. (3 to 21 business days.)

International Customs Fees

  • We ship all international orders DDP (delivered duty paid) and collect taxes and duties at checkout. The customer is responsible for any additional fees that the carrier may charge. Please check with your local post office or carrier ahead of time regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!

    Blushing Brunette is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.

    If an order is refused by a customer due to customs duty, taxes and/or fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks. If these fees are not paid in this time the parcel will be abandoned. Subsequent fees may be applied to any refund if eligible. The Blushing Brunette is not responsible for refunding or handling of an abandoned order.

  • This simply pulls your order ahead of everyone else. Orders are still processed in the order they are received. 

Shipping Insurance

You have the option to insure your package in the event of damage or loss. Refunds will not be given for lost or damaged items. Replacement items will be sent. In the event a replacement item cannot be sent an emailed gift card at the same value will be sent to the customer.

  • Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is “not delivered” or there has not been an update for more than 30 days.
  • All other claims for loss or damage should be filed as soon as discovered but no later than 30 days from the delivery date.

To file a claim, please contact our support team at  to notify them and if necessary file a case with the shipping carrier.


The Blushing Brunette Boutique is not responsible for:

- Delays with UPS, USPS or any other carrier. 

- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. (The carrier will be responsible once we ship the packages).

- Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.


Local Pickup 

Select the location you would like to pick up your order at checkout. Then be on the lookout for an email telling you that your order is ready for pickup! We have most orders ready the same day but that isn't always the case. It may take 24-48 hours to prepare or move your order.
