Do your items run true to size?

Yes! Most of our items run true to size. Items that do not are specified in the product description.

 

Do you have a storefront?

Yes, we have multiple in the southeast.

 

Can I return purchased items?

Of course! Refer to our returns page for detailed information.

 

How do I wash my clothing?

Each piece of clothing is different. Please refer to the tag on the inside of your garment for washing instructions.

 

Do you offer extended sizes?

We sure do. The items are mixed in. You can use the search bar to filter on a specific size!

 

Can I purchase Blue Ridge Apothecary products online?

No. Our bath bar products are only available in-store.

 

How do I join your rewards program?

Simply create a customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget (Blush Points) on the bottom of your screen. 

  

How do I earn loyalty points?

There are plenty of ways to earn loyalty points in the program. Click the Earn tab of your loyalty profile to view them. 

 

How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?

Each time you shop online or in-store, you will receive our loyalty program email with your updated loyalty points balance. From our email click into your customer portal, here you can claim rewards. You can also log in on our website by clicking on our Rewards Points widget. 

 

How do I use my rewards?

When you unlock a reward, you will receive a unique reward coupon. You can redeem your reward coupon on our payment page during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click Apply (only one coupon code per order). [Or if you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter]. 

 

Is all of the jewelry available online?

No, some jewelry is only available in-store.
