Return policy and instructions

We know sometimes things just don't work out, but that's why we are here! We are happy to accept returns, and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.

  • Returns are for store credit only! Online order refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
  • Black Friday DOORBUSTERS and WEB DEALS are final sale.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date. 
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Shoe boxes must be encased in another box or bag for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. 
  • All bralettes, bras, graphic tees, accessories, beanies, gift and jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange. These are final sale items. 
  • Final sale items and items discounted 30% or higher cannot be returned.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact us at customerservice@theblushingbrunetteboutique.com for assistance.
  • We do not process exchanges. Customers will be emailed a gift card equaled to the amount purchased.
  • Seasonal Purchases: Orders placed on and after 11/15/2023 must be postmarked by 1/7/24 for store credit.  

Shipping back your order: (Domestic Orders)

You can use the bag or box your order was sent in. The processing fee of $7.50 for the return will be deducted from your return. Use the return portal to receive your shipping label to send the order back.

  • All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit (gift card) once we have processed it.

 

 

 

To start a return please visit the-blushing-brunette.happyreturns.com/

  • Enter your Order Number and Billing Zip Code.
  • You will be presented with your order history. Select the product you wish to return.
  • Select a reason for the return and then click return for store credit.
    • If an item says “contact customer service” this means it is FINAL SALE and isn’t eligible for return.
  • Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each item you wish to return.
  • Review and verify your selections and submit your return.
  • Print out the packing list and shipping label with your return. Make sure the products are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged). 

PRINTED RETURN FORM (International Orders):

If you are an International Customer, you can complete the return form here with your order and ship the package with the item(s) you are returning. 

    • Please visit your local Package Carrier to purchase a return label. It's very important that you keep your Tracking Number in case we need to locate your return.
    • Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your E-gift card to be issued. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! 

    **If you don’t see the E-gift card in your email inbox, please check your spam/ junk folder.
